This Privacy Policy explains how PVE EXPRESS, LLC, doing business as ClickFit CA (“ClickFit CA”, “we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses and shares information when you visit clickfitca.com or request our furniture assembly and outdoor structure services.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a quote request, call us or send a message, we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code, a description of the job, and any photographs you choose to upload. If you contact us by email we also receive your email address.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we and our analytics providers automatically receive your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies.

Information collected during a job. With your permission, our technicians may photograph completed work. Our service application records the approximate location of a job and the text of any review you choose to leave.

How we use information

  • To prepare a quote and schedule, perform and complete your job
  • To contact you about your request by phone, text message or email
  • To take payment and keep business records
  • To measure and improve our website and our advertising
  • To publish customer reviews and photographs of completed work, where you have agreed to this
  • To comply with law and to establish or defend legal claims

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads to measure the performance of our advertising. These services set cookies and may receive your IP address, the pages you view, and the actions you take, such as submitting a form or clicking our phone number.

Google’s handling of this data is described in Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and you can manage advertising personalisation in Google My Ad Center.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from requesting a quote, but parts of the site may not work as intended.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We share information only in these situations:

  • Service providers who help us operate the business, such as our website host, analytics and advertising providers, messaging tools and payment processors. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Our technicians, who receive the details needed to carry out your job.
  • Legal reasons, where we believe disclosure is required by law, or necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • A business transfer, if the business is sold or reorganised.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may contact you by text message about your quote, your appointment, or to ask for a review. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP or by telling us.

How long we keep information

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as needed to run the business and to meet tax, accounting and legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of our Google Analytics property.

Your choices and your rights

You may ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You may also ask us to stop contacting you.

California residents. Depending on our size and the volume of data we handle, the California Consumer Privacy Act may give you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. As stated above, we do not sell personal information.

Photographs and reviews

We publish photographs of completed work and customer reviews on this website and on our Google Business Profile. We do this only where the customer has agreed. If you have agreed and later change your mind, contact us and we will remove the material from pages we control.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
