Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by PVE EXPRESS, LLC, doing business as ClickFit CA (“ClickFit CA”, “we”, “us”), and to your use of clickfitca.com. By requesting a quote or booking a job, you agree to these terms.
What we do
We assemble flat-pack and ready-to-assemble furniture, and we build outdoor structures such as pergolas, gazebos, sheds, playsets and patio covers. We work in customers’ homes and places of business across Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley.
What we do not do
To avoid misunderstandings on site, please note that the following are outside our service:
- Permits. We do not apply for, pull or advise on building permits. Obtaining any permit required for a structure is the property owner’s responsibility.
- Concrete and footings. We do not auger holes or pour concrete piers or slabs. We anchor to existing slabs, decks and pavers, and we use the ground anchors supplied with a kit.
- Electrical, plumbing and gas work. These require licensed trades.
- Structural alterations to a building.
Removal of an existing structure and haul-away of debris are available, but are quoted and charged separately from assembly.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information you give us, including the item or model, the quantity, and the condition of the site. A quote covers assembly labour only unless it says otherwise.
If conditions on site differ materially from what was described — for example additional items, a different model, an inaccessible or unprepared location, or a structure requiring work we do not perform — we will tell you before continuing and give you a revised price. You may accept the revised price or cancel.
Scheduling, access and cancellation
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area at the agreed time, and to tell us in advance about access restrictions such as stairs, the absence of a lift, permit parking, building move-in windows, or HOA rules.
If our technicians cannot start because access is unavailable, the items have not been delivered, or the site is not ready, we may charge for the wasted visit.
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Your items
You confirm that you own the items to be assembled or have permission to have them assembled, and that all parts and instructions are present.
We are not responsible for defects in manufacturing, missing or damaged parts, incorrect or incomplete instructions, or design faults in the product. Where parts are missing or damaged, we will identify them so you can make a claim with the retailer or manufacturer, complete whatever can be safely completed, and return to finish the job when the parts arrive.
Wall anchoring
Anchoring tall furniture to a wall is available on request and we carry the hardware. Because it requires fixing into your wall, we do it only when you ask us to. If you decline anchoring, you accept the tipping risk associated with the item.
Our work
We will carry out the work with reasonable skill and care, following the manufacturer’s instructions. If something we assembled fails because of our workmanship, tell us promptly and we will return and put it right at no charge.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, our total liability arising out of any job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash and major cards.
Photographs and reviews
We may photograph completed work. Where you agree, we may publish those photographs and any review you leave on our website, on our Google Business Profile and in our advertising. We will not publish your full name, address or contact details. If you change your mind, contact us and we will remove the material from pages we control.

The content of this website is provided for information. Prices, service descriptions and availability may change. The text, images and layout of the site belong to us and may not be copied without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The terms in force when you book your job are the ones that apply to it.
